The Good Shortbread - Rosemary & Parmesan
The good ones Rosemary and Parmesan shortbread ; it is a sweet and savory, ideal to accompany a tea, or the small hunger of the afternoon, even an aperitif accompanied by a champagne or a slightly syrupy wine.
Rosemary is selected, fresh and dried by us and then incorporated into the dough at the last moment to release its juices, while Parmesan brings a very particular texture to its delicious cookies.
